Monday 11/14

8:01 p.m. – Traffic stop on Eldean Rd. at 25A. The driver was cited for a headlight violation and failure to reinstate. The vehicle was released to a valid driver.

Tuesday 11/15

5:35 p.m. – A man reported that he parks his RV at the Miami County Fairgrounds for storage, and that he dropped it off on November 3. He said he received a call from the Fairgrounds informing him that they backed the RV into storage and struck a wall, causing some damage to the rear bumper and part of the quarterpanel. He said that the employee said to get an estimate and it would be covered. He said that a few days later, the employee said that the damage would not be covered. He said his insurance company requested a police report.

Friday 11/18

8:50 p.m. – To the area of W. Market and Dorset Rd. to assist Troy Police in the search for armed robbery suspects. They were located at the rear of the Motel 6 and were being held at gunpoint. Both suspects were turned over to Troy Police.

9:43 p.m. – To S. Short St. to serve a CPO. The subject was instructed to leave the residence immediately. He was very argumentative about the validity of the COP and disrespectful to law enforcement during the service. He said that he filed for full custody and charges of abandonment against the mother of his children, who filed for the CPO, but could not produce court paperwork. He eventually left the residence after gathering personal items.

9:52 p.m. – To Upper Valley Medical Center for a report of a domestic dispute. One involved party was warned for telephone harassment.

Saturday 11/19

7:44 p.m. – To Upper Valley Medical Center. A woman reported that she is a patient and stored her personal items in a locker. She said she checked the locker today and found several papers were missing that are important to her treatment. She is unsure if they were taken or misplaced. She asked that the incident be documented. She called back later and said that copies of the papers were in her room.

Sunday 11/20

2:40 a.m. – Traffic stop on S. Elm at Main. The driver was found to be driving under an OVI suspension and was incarcerated in the Miami County Jail.

10:14 a.m. – While patrolling a park on Monroe Concord Rd., the deputy saw ATV tire tracks throughout the park. He followed them to a residence on Monroe Concord and warned the homeowner for riding the ATV in the park.
