Miami County Sheriff’s detectives have arrested Gerald L. Rue, age 67, of Laura, Ohio for the rape of a minor under the age of 10.

Rue was booked into the Miami County jail and charged with 2 counts of rape. 

The now adult victim reported the sexual assault to detectives last year.
