Three proposals for changes to downtown properties were reviewed and approved March 26 by the Troy Planning Commission.
The commission OK’d:
- A request to demolish a garage at the rear of 116 W. Franklin St., the home of Partners in Hope. In addition to garage removal, a request was made to extend an existing fence along the rear of the property to cover the green space that will be created.
- A new door sign at Carr Insurance, 115 S. Market St.
- A request to reface a wall sign at 4 W. Main St., home of the Country Bulk Barn and Deli.
